Refund Policy for LifeLog
At LifeLog, each of our products is uniquely personalized for our customers. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and production has commenced.
No Refund Policy
Given the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds for products that have been personalized or customized according to your specifications.
Exceptions to the Policy
While we adhere to a strict "No Refund" policy, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. We may consider refunds in the following cases:
- Product Defects: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed-upon specifications in your order, we will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.
- Order Errors: If there has been an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a product with incorrect personalization that differs from your order details, we will address the issue promptly.
Reporting Issues
If you believe your order falls into one of the exceptional categories mentioned above, please contact us immediately at contact@lifelogofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide clear evidence of the issue, such as photographs or detailed descriptions, so we can assess the situation accurately.
Processing Exceptions
Upon receiving your report and evidence, our team will review the case thoroughly. If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will process it to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
