Shipping Policy for LifeLog


At LifeLog, we understand how important it is for you to receive your personalized items promptly and securely. Below, you'll find detailed information about our shipping practices to ensure transparency and help you know what to expect with your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders of our personalized WhatsApp booklets are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Given the custom nature of our products, this time allows us to ensure the highest quality of personalization for each item. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please be aware that high volumes of orders or unforeseen postal service delays outside of our control might extend these times.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For a straightforward shopping experience, we offer flat rate shipping of 5€ euro for all orders within France.

To further value your purchase, we provide free shipping for orders over 50€.

Our shipping options are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days - 5€
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 2 business days - 15€

Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup

For our local customers, we're pleased to offer added convenience:

  • Free Local Delivery is available for orders over 50€.
  • In-Store Pickup:Not available yet


International Shipping

We're excited to offer international shipping WORLDWIDE. Please note that international shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Be mindful that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes not included in the shipping costs, payable upon your item reaching its destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It might take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Should your order not arrive within the expected timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@lifelogofficial.com with your name and order number.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address to avoid any delivery issues.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, should your item arrive damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lifelogofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll assess these situations on a case-by-case basis, striving for your satisfaction.
